Encourage students to do further research and reading about western Oregon Indians.
Hang the historic photos on one wall and keep the display for as long as is possible so the class will be reminded of the lesson.
If possible, arrange a field trip to a local museum that has an Indian display.
Look for notices of pow wows and let the class know about them.
